Our Story

After many years of practising specialist orthodontics across Dublin and Meath, Dr Erfan Salloum founded Lusk Orthodontics with a clear vision: to create a modern specialist orthodontic clinic built around clinical excellence, advanced technology, and genuinely patient-focused care. 

Lusk Orthodontics is a family-founded and family-run practice created by Dr Erfan Salloum and his wife, Nikita. Before joining Lusk Orthodontics, Nikita worked as a successful dual-store manager and brought extensive leadership, organisational, and patient care experience to the clinic. Together, they built Lusk Orthodontics from the ground up with a shared commitment to exceptional patient experiences, attention to detail, and a welcoming environment for every patient and family.

Before founding Lusk Orthodontics, Dr Salloum worked across Swords, Malahide, Clontarf, Ratoath, and Dublin City Centre. During this time, he treated patients from across Dublin and throughout Ireland. As a result, he developed a deep understanding of the needs of children, teenagers, and adults seeking specialist orthodontic care.

Today, Lusk Orthodontics combines advanced specialist orthodontic treatment with a warm, supportive, and patient-focused approach. The clinic was purpose-built to provide high-quality orthodontic care using the latest digital technology, modern treatment techniques, and evidence-based orthodontics.

As a registered specialist orthodontist, Dr Salloum completed years of additional full-time specialist training dedicated exclusively to orthodontics and dentofacial orthopaedics. Today, patients and colleagues recognise him as one of the most highly qualified and respected specialist orthodontists in Dublin and Ireland.

Dr Salloum has extensive experience in both routine and complex orthodontic treatment. His areas of expertise include lingual orthodontics, adult orthodontics, clear aligner therapy, multidisciplinary treatment planning, and palatal skeletal expansion.

Consequently, patients travel from across Dublin and Ireland to seek his highly specialised orthodontic care. Many patients attend for complex adult treatment, customised lingual braces, retreatment cases, and advanced orthodontic problems that require detailed diagnosis and planning.
